At Aixa Transformation, we are passionate about helping businesses succeed. Our founder, Stephane Alberth, studied Physics but felt compelled to focus on a more pragmatic route to enabling change through Business Transformation. He earned a Masters and PhD in this space at Cambridge University and has over 15 years of experience transforming organizations at McKinsey, Partners in Performance, and ABB.
